What can I redeem my points for?

Get discount of up to $15 OFF, free shipping and other rewards using your points. Click on "Earn Rewards" and "Get rewards" to find out more.

Do my points expire?

No, your points do not expire. They will remain in your account under the same email.

How do I know how many points I have?

Log in to your account. Make sure that you are using the same email for your account to avoid creating multiple accounts. Click on "Earn Rewards" on your screen or go to My Rewards to see your points balance.

How many discount codes can I use at a time?

You may redeem multiple discount codes which will be saved in your account. However, only one discount code can be applied per checkout.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?

For voided, refunded or partially refunded orders, rewarded points will be cancelled accordingly.

When will I receive my points?

Points will be credited to your accounts once payment is completed. For PayNow payment method, points will be credited after payment has been acknowledged by us.
